Meet The Owner: Richard
I grew up on a small farm, always around tractors and equipment. Hard work wasn’t just something we talked about – it was how we lived. Within two years of starting in this business, I was supervising crews for major construction companies. But I knew I could do things better. In 2021, I moved to Tennessee and turned A&R into a full-time operation.
Today, we’ve grown from just me to multiple crews, but I’m still on every job site, making sure things are done right. Because at the end of the day, my name is on every project we do, and that means something to me.
